How can we help?
Answers to the questions people ask most. If yours isn't here, write to us and a real person will answer.
Write to us
Tell us what happened and what you were trying to do. Please don't send card numbers or passwords.

I have a new phone. How do I get my progress back?
If you saved your progress with Apple or Google, open riize on the new phone and tap I already have an account on the first screen, then sign in the same way. Your lessons, points and streak come back.
How do I save my progress?
Go to Profile → Save your progress and sign in with Apple or Google. We keep only the ID they give us, never your email address.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile → Your data → Delete my account. Everything you wrote and everything you've earned is deleted. If you have a subscription, cancel it with Apple as well (see below), because deleting your account doesn't stop Apple's billing.
Your subscription
How do I cancel?
Subscriptions are handled by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → riize and tap Cancel Subscription. You keep every lesson until the end of the period you paid for.
I paid, but lessons are still locked.
Open the screen that asks you to subscribe and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple Account you paid with.
What stays free?
Your first try, your first three lessons, the daily one-minute challenge, your streak, points and badges, and everything you've already finished.
Your data and reminders
How do I stop my messages going to the AI?
Go to Profile → Your data → Stop sharing with AI. The lessons need it to work, so riize will ask again before your next try.
How do I turn the daily reminder on or off?
Go to Profile → Daily reminder. If your iPhone blocks notifications for riize, the app will offer to open Settings for you.
What do you keep about me?
The full answer is in our privacy policy. In short: what you write in lessons (with private numbers, passwords and email addresses taken out first), your progress, and your answers to the first few questions. No ads, no tracking.
